Classical Tango Orchestra, from 3 to 10 musicians, elegant and extensive repertoire of tango and milonga.
With cello, acoustic and electronic guitar, it is an excellent combination of Astor Piazzolla and avant-garde electronic arrangements. This attractive modernization of Buenos Aires popular music leads the listener to soundscapes where passion and music occupy common places. A warm whirlwind of recorded and live images, through a video art treatment, together with a dance partner, will complement the musical talent of this ensemble.
Argentine musician. Guitarist, composer and singer. Due to his Buenos Aires origins, he has cultivated his passion for the Río de la Plata and his music: tangos, milongas, candombes, murgas and waltzes. His career began in the 90s in Buenos Aires with La Banda Spurr, filling Buenos Aires nights with blues, those in the interior of Buenos Aires and Uruguay. At the beginning of 2000 he began his career in tango and candombe, creating and participating in several groups with which he played on stages such as Casino Trillenium, Taconenado, Quinta Trabucco and more.
Tango C is a group formed in Barcelona by Argentine musicians: bandoneon, double bass guitar. This group has been performing in Spanish bars and venues for more than two years, highlighting the presentation in the main theater of Manresa and in the main square of Centelles.
The songs, the works that we have chosen, propose a journey through the places that later become landscape, song, man, wind, memory. They design an emotional map with which we travel together (inside and out) from silence to sound, from evocation to recognition tracing The Edge, The Edges of a culture.
TANGO SINGER
A group formed in Barcelona by Argentine musicians: bandoneon, guitar and double bass. This group has been in Spanish bars and venues, highlighting the presentation in the main theater of Manresa and in the main square of Centelles. This group of musicians interprets tangos, waltzes and milongas with their own arrangements without renouncing the style and language of the genre, encompassing the main creators: Anibal Troilo, Osvaldo Pugliese, Carlos Gardel and Julio de Caro, among others.
